Bug reports

If you have found a bug in one of our products, then let us know By submitting a bug report you help us to constantly improve our software. infinity-loop strives to provide high-quality software. This is why we assign top priority to your reports.

What should your report include?

Please send along a copy of the contents of the Help > System Information... window. There is a Save Text As… button at the bottom of the window which lets you save the contents into a file that you can attach to your email,
describe the bug you are seeing (like "when I do A, the result is B but I was expecting C") as detailed as possible,
if necessary, send along the last part of the application's log file, starting at the last "APPLICATION LAUNCH" entry from the end of the file, and
MOST IMPORTANTLY: include a copy of the document you are having trouble with! We guarantee confidentiality within our company (we cannot guarantee that for the email transfer itself from you to us). However, you are free to strip or replace confidential portions with garbage text before submitting it. (Of course only to the extent that the error still happens.)
